Steve inspected a property in Stirling in July. It was very thorough. Steve is very knowledgeable. He did not only identify the problems but also find out the reason. For example, there was water penetration in the basement, the different property nearby in August. I asked him to inspect the 2nd one. Steve was simply unique. I suspected damages behind the stone veer wall because of water from front door overhang. He was very creative. He opened a small space from inside by removing a piece of molding board, and opened a space, so he could see what is behind the wall. It turned out that there were significant damages occurred. This is not something most inspectors are willing to do. Great inspector!!!

Stephen is a pro. His previous background in general contracting adds depth to his home inspections. He's able to discuss the quality of workmanship in a home while giving tips on bringing issues up to code. He was very active in communicating with us via email before and after the inspection. He creates a detailed report of the inspection with photos which makes it easier to show the home seller what needs fixing before the closing.
