Meet Stephen LaSpina, Certified Professional Home Inspector, owner and lead inspector of 201 Home Inspections. Steve has a true passion for inspecting homes and working with his clients, their families and realtors. Steve is highly qualified with 19+ years of industry experience.

Prior to being a home inspector, Steve was a plumbing foreman, and owned a construction company for 15 years. Steve prides himself on giving a thorough home inspection and detailed report. If you've met Steve on site, it's clear he truly enjoys teaching his clients everything he can about their home - and he's not shy on making the experience lighthearted and enjoyable.
